Commercial Customer Service Representative

PT / FT:

Full Time

Hours:

M-F 8:30 to 4:30

Job Description:

• Work closely with producers.
• Based on sound underwriting principles and judgment, accept or reject accounts.
• Service, review and revise commercial lines renewals as applicable.
• Maintain word processing and database systems related to the Commercial Lines Sales Center.
• Gather information needed to underwrite and quote current commercial accounts
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
